Friends of Ramadan Competition:

In coordination with the Support Department at Ibn Taymiyyah Independent Secondary School for Boys, the Boys’ chapter organized the “Friends of Ramadan” competition in March 2025. This religious competition was held to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. It included participation from eight other schools, with approximately 40 participants—students with disabilities paired with their peers without disabilities. All participants were distinguished by their memorization of the Holy Qur’an and Hadith. They were gifted with melodious voices in Qur’an recitation and a deep spiritual presence when performing the call to prayer.
This initiative is part of Best Buddies Qatar’s broader mission to organize year-round programs and activities within affiliated schools, universities, and centers for persons with disabilities. The aim is to highlight all participants' talents and creative abilities, showcasing their achievements across various fields of creativity and excellence.
